The morning breakfast served here included delicious coffee and pancakes.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Tossa de Mar. I appreciated the hotel. Stayed for 1 night, the staff was consistently courteous and very welcoming during all this time. The guest room I stayed in was modern and updated on level 5. The food was outstanding with a wide array of choice!

It was a Spanish building, the room was new-fashioned and functional for children to run about. The food served was tasty!

Cozy queen bed in the room that feels like sleeping on a cloud, with a handy electronic key card for easy access. There's also a practical work desk for you to get things done, and a satellite TV for entertainment 🛏️🔑📺.

Dissapointed with the choice and quality of food and beverages, we had Breakfast and Evening meal. Breakfast was tolerable, dont bother with the Evening Meal eat out instead.

when they have live music at the bar, they dont close TV. It is artist singing under running TV. We asked for double bed and got a room with 2 twin beds that was just put together. Could not sleep so well there.

This place has an amazing staff, from the receptionists to the cleaners and waiters, who are competent and helpful.

Lots of great food for meals.

I had a great time at neptuno, the service was good, helpfull staff and a terrific breakfast. i`ll be back. :-)

Great location! Only minutes away from the Tossa de Mar's centre and beaches. Superb hotel for the price. Our room featured spectacular views of the sea, castle and old town. We would definitely choose this hotel all over again, but would stay much longer.

room, towels and bedding very clean. The breakfast choices were very good and plentyful. The view from our room was wonderful.

swimming pool was always in the shade, sun bathing impossible, pool area in wrong position.

The accommodations are modern and have been recently renovated with updated bathrooms featuring showers, and convenient private parking is available nearby.

Excellent location, especially if coming from Barcelona with a bus it takes only apprx. 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. Good location, walking distance to shops and beach. Friendly service at the reception. Breakfast ok. Room in 4th floor had balcony and view to the sea, large bathroom. Nights were quiet because most of the people were elderly or families with children and there wasn't any noise from the street.

Not very soundproof walls, thin as paper so you could basically hear what happened next door and on the corridor. You need to pay for the safe (10€ deposit + 3€/day). Breakfast was served only fom 8-10 am. WIFI-connection worked only in the lobby. Asked for a double room but only got separate beds.

I'm sure Neptuno has the best location as this hotel is very close to the old city, but the silence is all around! Good area where children have to spend time between swimming in the sea.

сOncerts could last very long, and the impression is that somebody is knocking on the head with Flamenco dancers heels! Although the children were sleeping and they are not worried :) I would like to have better breakfast just for children.
